Tourism Trinidad Limited staff attended the National Culinary Team’s third practice dinner at The Forge, as preparations continue for the Taste of the Caribbean competition.

The session featured dishes incorporating local flavours and ingredients, as the National Culinary Team continues to refine its techniques, presentation and execution ahead of the competition.

The National Culinary Team will represent Trinidad and Tobago at Taste of the Caribbean.
