Tourism Trinidad Limited welcomes Contour Airlines following the arrival of its inaugural flight at Piarco International Airport. The new service introduces twice-weekly nonstop flights between Trinidad and Dominica, alongside one-stop connections to San Juan, Puerto Rico, and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The nonstop route connects Piarco International Airport with Douglas-Charles Airport in Dominica. According to the published schedule, flights from Dominica arrive in Trinidad on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:25 p.m. Departures from Piarco operate on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m., arriving in Dominica at 9:50 a.m.

Passengers travelling between Trinidad and San Juan or St. Thomas can use the airline’s one-stop, same-aircraft services via Dominica. Flights from Trinidad to San Juan operate on Tuesdays, with inbound service on Thursdays. Flights from Trinidad to St. Thomas operate on Fridays, with inbound service on Mondays.

Contour has announced 30-seat regional jets for the service, with additional legroom, complimentary snacks and inflight service.

The additional flights broaden travel options for visitors, returning nationals and business travellers. The Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago has identified stronger regional connectivity and support for the aviation and tourism sectors among the anticipated benefits of the new service.

Tourism Trinidad Limited extends a warm welcome to Contour Airlines, its crew and passengers, and looks forward to welcoming travellers visiting for business, leisure and to reconnect with family and friends.
